LTRA LLC (doing business as LEFT TAIL RISK ADVISORS) is a registered limited liability company in the State of New York. Its members hold various insurance and professional licenses, are active members in good standing of the Bar of the State of New York, practice law in multiple federal and state courts nationwide, and are the co-founding partners of the law firm Sarraf Gentile LLP.  However, LTRA is not a law firm and only provides U.S. insurance-related products and services. Neither LTRA nor its members provide legal, financial, tax, investment or foreign-insurance advice. The members of LTRA are not acting as attorneys in connection with insurance engagements and no attorney client relationship is created or exists unless agreed to in writing.
